BACOLOD City – A man was hacked to death in Barangay Guiljungan, Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
He was identified as 46-year-old resident Alan Malinao, who sustained hack wounds on the body, police said.
According to police investigators, 50-year-old Ruben Remegio and 35-year-old Leroy Cantila hacked Malinao around 7 a.m. on April 15.
It was not immediately established what was the motive in the incident.
Officers of the Cauayan police station conducted a manhunt operation against Remegio and Cantila, who fled after the incident./PN
