BACOLOD City – Cauayan town’s No. 1 most wanted person charged with robbery was apprehended in NHA Village, Barangay Pahanocoy, Bacolod City.
The suspect identified as Emmanuel “Junjun” Agillo, 54, a resident of Purok I, Barangay Bulata, Cauayan, Negros Occidental, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. on April 12.
Agillo was served with a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Rodney Magbanua of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 61 in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, on July 25, 2022.
The court recommended bail of P100,000 for the temporary liberty of the suspect, who is being detained at the Bacolod City Police Station 8./PN
