PASSENGERS of Cebu Pacific flying to China, Hong Kong, and Macau until the end of February have the option to rebook their tickets to a later date for free, the local carrier announced Sunday.
In an advisory, Cebu Pacific said passengers with flights between the Philippines and Shanghai, Canton, Beijing, Shenzen, Xiamen, Hong Kong, and Macau booked on or before Jan. 24, 2020, and traveling until Feb. 29, 2020 may avail of the following:
* Rebook flights (new flight within 30 days of original travel data)
* Refund tickets in full
* Store the value of the ticket in a travel fund for future use
Affected passengers may make their choice through the online portal of Cebu Pacific.
“Those who booked their flights through online travel websites or travel agencies who opt for a full refund are advised to coordinate with the agent where flight was booked and purchased,” it said. (GMA News)
