THE pioneering CEMEX Go fully integrated digital services platform was recently launched at Richmonde Hotel, Mandurriao in Iloilo City by global building solutions leader CEMEX Holdings Philippines. CEMEX Go is an integral product of the company’s efforts to deliver a superior journey and experience for customers.

CEMEX Go allows customers to contact CEMEX anytime, anywhere using their mobile devices such as their cell phone, iPad, laptop or desktop. They only need to access their CEMEX Go online account and then be able to place and adjust orders, review their transaction history, view all relevant information, and be able to download and print needed documentation such as delivery receipts and invoices. The fully integrated digital platform also enables tracking of shipments real-time via GPS and gives customers instant notifications of their order status – thus providing full visibility and transparency.

As the first in the industry, CEMEX Go introduces the digital future of doing business in building and construction with the aim of making client servicing more efficient and convenient for customers.

“We have always focused our work to become the most customer-centric company. The construction and building industry has long been perceived as old-fashioned. We have to transform with evolving technology and keep up with the times. This is why we’ve conceptualized and introduced CEMEX Go. Let us enjoy the benefits of this game changer,” said Ignacio “Nacho” Mijares, President and CEO of CEMEX Holdings Philippines.

The unveiling of CEMEX Go in Iloilo saw the participation of over 100 Iloilo and Bacolod-based clients. It is part of the nationwide launch of the new digital platform which culminated in Manila at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Bonifacio Global City. The Philippines is now one of the countries across three continents and Filipino customers are now a part of the 17,000 customers that are benefitting from the CEMEX Go fully integrated digital services platform.

By the end of 2018, CEMEX Go is expected to serve approximately 45,000 customers in all of the cement manufacturer’s geographies. Supported by its long-time partners, IBM and NEORIS in developing the digital platform, CEMEX Go is a CEMEX R&D, Innovation and Business Development project that is part of the global R&D collaboration network headed by CEMEX Research Centers based in Switzerland.

CEMEX has a rich history of improving the well-being of those it serves through innovative building solutions, efficiency advancements, and efforts to promote a sustainable future.
