BACOLOD City – Three persons were charged with violation of Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
Policemen of E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental served a warrant of arrest to Ruel Baira, Lailyn Baira, and Erlan Nono, all residents of Barangay Madalag, around 3:10 p.m. on Oct 28.
They were detained at the police station.
Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson of Regional Trial Court, Branch 40 recommended an P80,000 bail bond each for the suspects’ temporary liberty./PN
