HOLLYWOOD couple Chris Evans and Alba Baptista finally tied the knot.
Page Six reported that the couple’s wedding happened in their home in Boston, Massachusetts over the weekend.
Family and close friends of the couple were in attendance at the wedding, including Chris’ Marvel co-stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth and Jeremy Renner.
It was in November 2022 when PEOPLE first reported that Chris and Alba were dating.
“[They have been dating] for over a year and it’s serious. They are in love and Chris has never been happier. His family and friends all adore her,” PEOPLE said in their report.
In an interview with PEOPLE in November 2022 for the Sexiest Man Alive issue, Chris shared that building a family was something that he always aspired to have.
“That’s absolutely something I want: wife, kids, building a family. When you read about most of the best artists, whether it’s actors, painters, writers, most of them [admit] it wasn’t the work they made [that they are most proud of], it was about the relationships; the families they created, the love they found, the love they shared,” he remarked.
The actor continued: “So it’s also something through my long 41 years that also rings true. Those things are the most important,” he said. “I love the idea of tradition and ceremony. I had a lot of that in my life, so the idea of creating that — I can’t think of anything better.”
Chris starred in several movies, including “Fantastic Four,” “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World,” and “Snowpiercer.”
He catapulted to global fame after portraying the title role in Marvel’s “Captain American” installment.
Meanwhile, Alba started her career as an actress upon starring in Portuguese projects like “A Impostora” and “Filha da Lei.”
She headlined her first English-language series in Netflix’s “Warrior Nun.” (PUSH)
