ILOILO City – A resident of Barangay Concepcion faces drug pushing and illegal drug possession charges.
Milbart Vinson, 42, yielded seven sachets of shabu in an antidrug operation of the police around 11:45 a.m. on Wednesday.
Vinson initially sold just a sachet – for P300 – to a customer he did not know was an undercover police officer.
After his arrest, six more sachets were recovered from the suspect.
Vinson was detained at Police Station 1./PN
