BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Villamonte got accidentally electrocuted around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 22, in Barangay 3, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
The 47-year-old Anthony Bellardo was declared “dead on arrival” at the Sipalay City Infirmary by attending physician Dr. Jose Tabang.
Bellardo, who was working in a building under construction, accidentally touched a live wire.
Police added that the victim fell then hit his head on the cemented pavement./PN
