ILOILO City – A construction worker was found dead inside a school in Cabatuan, Iloilo.
The 47-year-old Joseph Beliran of Barangay Balagon, Anilao, Iloilo was found unconscious around 8:45 a.m. at the Cabatuan National Comprehensive High School, a police report showed.
He was rushed to the Ramon Tabiana Memorial District Hospital in the town where he was pronounced “dead on arrival.”
Initial police report said Beliran had a cardiac arrest. It was not immediately clear if foul play was ruled out in his death./PN
