BACOLOD City – Facing four counts of rape charges, a construction worker was arrested in Sitio Mantolongan, Barangay Buenavista, Calatrava, Negros Occidental.
Joint elements of the Calatrava and San Carlos City police stations nabbed 35-year-old Manny Miro around 10:30 p.m. on April 23 on the strength of an arrest warrant dated April 22, 2021.
Judge Amy Alabado Avellano of the Regional Trial Court Branch 58 in San Carlos City ordered Miro’s arrest.
The suspect was detained at the San Carlos City police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
