ILOILO City – Police nabbed a construction worker in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay West Timawa, Molo district.
He was identified as 36-year-old Franie Soriano, a police report showed.
Soriano – resident of Barangay West Habog-Habog, Molo district – was nabbed after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P2,000 around 5:50 p.m. on Nov. 6, the report added.
When frisked, Soriano yielded five more sachets of suspected illegal drugs.
He was detained in the lockup facility of the Molo police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
