ILOILO City – Charged with possessing explosives, a construction worker was arrested yesterday in Barangay Lanutan, Miag-ao, Iloilo.
Rodolfo Perez, 51, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8 a.m., police said.
He was detained at the municipal police station.
No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./PN
