ILOILO City – A construction worker was shot in Zone 9, Barangay Calumpang, Molo district.
Philcor Pelegrino, 22, was rushed to The Medical City for treatment.
Pelegrino was doing laundry at his house when a man suddenly barged in and shot him several times around 7 p.m. on May 24.
Pelegrino sustained five gunshot wounds but still managed to seek help. The shooter, on the other hand, fled.
The victim said he could not identify his attacker who was we aring a black jacket and a bonnet.
