BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu valued at P319,600 was confiscated in Barangay 4 at about 10 p.m. on March 16.
Cops also arrested a barangay resident – Jay Lucasan, 42.
The suspect faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Lucasan was taken to Police Station 2./PN
