ILOILO City – In Barangay Mulapula, Passi City, the police arrested a 53-year-old man charged with rape.
Diomedes Guadayo was detained at the Passi City police station around 5 p.m. on Nov. 9.
Judge Juana Judita Panigbatan Nafarrete of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38 issued the warrant of arrest on July 28 yet.
As of this writing, it was unclear if Guadayo was able to post bail that the court set at P120,000./PN
