BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Quintin Remo, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental was arrested.
The 31-year-old Leonardo Esmao was facing charges for reckless imprudence resulting to damage to property and slight physical injuries, a police report showed.
Joint operatives of the Moises Padilla and Bago City police stations staged Esmao’s apprehension on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 2.
Esmao was taken to the Bago City police station. A P30,000 bail bond was set for his temporary liberty./PN
