ILOILO City – With three arrest warrants all for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, a 48-year-old woman was arrested in Barangay South Baluarte, Molo district.

From her house, Mina Manraez was taken to the Molo police station on Jan. 22 around 7:30 a.m.

Two arrest warrants were issued by Judge Yolanda Panaguiton Gavino of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 34 and Judge Ma. Theresa Enriquez of Branch 33.

Gavino set Manraez’s bail bond at P200 thousand while Enriquez, P40,000.

But even if Manraez could post bail for these two cases, she may not be able to secure her temporary liberty. Judge Guilljie Lim of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 22 who issued Manraez’s other arrest warrant did not allow her to post bail./PN
