ILOILO City – Police caught two persons facing estafa charges in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, Lambunao, Iloilo.
They were Eduardo Leonida, 70, and Lanie Leonida, 59, both residents of Barangay Tranghawan, Lambunao, a police report showed.
Armed with warrant of arrests, joint police forces of Lambunao and Passi City carried out the suspects’ apprehension around 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 4.
The two were brought to the Passi City police station where they were detained. The court recommended a P72,000 bail bond each for their temporary liberty./PN
