
BACOLOD City – Bago City policemen in Negros Occidental confiscated 27 grams of suspected shabu worth P1.8 million in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 35.
The operating team also recovered five grams of suspected marijuana.
Suspect Rex Quilong-Quilong, 42, was arrested.
The buy-bust operation was conducted in Barangay Poblacion, Bago City on July 14 at about 3:12 p.m.
Policemen also recovered a .45 pistol with ammunition and P2,553 cash.
The suspect, taken to the police station, faces a charge for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN
