Cops seize P6.8-million worth of ‘shabu’ in Bacolod

BACOLOD City – Operatives of the Bacolod City Police Office’s (BCPO) Police Station 8 confiscated approximately P6.8 million worth of suspected shabu from a 20-year-old suspect in in Purok United Roadside, Barangay Tangub here.

The suspect identified as alias “Kyle”, a resident of the said place, was caught around 7:20 p.m. on Sunday, December 29, in a drug buy-bust operation.

Police Captain Greeky Cayao, officer-in-charge of Police Station 8, recovered from the suspect were around 1,000 grams of suspected shabu and drug-related paraphernalia.

Kyle was detained at the Police Station 8, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
