ILOILO City – A couple who tried to pacify a rumble in Barangay Jalandoni Estate in Lapuz district incurred slight hack injuries.
Ryan Rimpos, 38, and his wife Shemar, 37, were treated at the West Visayas State University Medical Center.
The rumble happened around 10 p.m. on Sept. 6.
According to the police, the couple tried to pacify Shemar’s drunken cousins – brothers James and Eduardo Redano – who had a heated argument with one Momot Dolduco.
The Redanos allegedly attacked the couple instead.
The suspects, meanwhile, fled. Barangay officials were trying to contact the suspects for settlement./PN
