BACOLOD City – A van fell off a 12-foot high dike (pika-pika) in Sitio Lag-asan Bridge in Barangay Tinam-paan, Cadiz City, Negros Occidental around 9 a.m. on July 7.
Couple Danilo and Jeraldine Hedriana, both residents of Barangay Rizal, Sagay City, Negros Occidental, survived the fall, according to the Cadiz City police.
The passenger van was bound for this city.
Polie have yet to disclose if there were other van passengers.
The Hedrianas were rushed to the Cadiz City Emergency Clinic and later transferred to a private hospital here./PN
