ILOILO City – The court ordered the arrest of a 35-year-old resident of Barangay Poblacion, San Rafael, Iloilo.
Ronelo Rafil was an attempted homicide suspect, a police report showed.
Police officers served him a bench warrant at around 10:25 p.m. in Barangay Poscolon, San Rafael on Saturday.
The suspect reportedly failed to attend the arraignment for his case.
Rafil was temporarily detained at the San Rafael police station./PN
