ILOILO City – Armed with an arrest warrant from the court, policemen of Cabatuan, Iloilo caught a man charged with robbery.
From his house in Barangay Pamuringaw, Cabatuan the 44-year-old Bobby Damaluan was taken to the municipal police station around 7:15 p.m. on Saturday.
Presiding Judge Juana Judita Panigbatan-Nafarrete of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 38 issued the arrest warrant.
It was unclear as of this writing if Damaluan was able to secure his temporary liberty by posting bail.
The court set the bail bond at P100,000./PN
