ILOILO City – The Regional Trial Court, Branch 19 in Roxas City ordered a 49-year-old woman charged with estafa arrested.
Vicky Alcantara of Barangay Cagay, Roxas City was caught in Barangay IX, also in the same city.
She was detained at the Roxas City police station.
Judge Esperanza Isabel Poco-Deslate issued the arrest warrant. It was served to Alcantara around 3:07 p.m. on Sunday.
It was unclear as of this writing if Alcantara was able to post bail for her temporary liberty.
The court set the bail bond at P16,000./PN
