ILOILO City – A vehicular accident caused a resident of Barangay Nabitasan, Leganes, Iloilo injuries on the head and body.
The 32-year-old Norberto Calsado was confined in the Western Visayas Medical Center in Mandurriao district.
A van crashed against the motorcycle Calsado was driving in their village.
Calsado was bound for this capital city when the crash happened at around 12:05 p.m. last Friday, a police report stated.
Also bound for this city, the van was trying to overtake the motorcycle at the time, said the police.
Benjie Moya, 32, of Barangay Cansilayan, Dumangas, Iloilo was driving the van. He was detained at the Leganes police station./PN
