BACOLOD City – He lost control of his tricycle and hit a stockpile
Hipolito Jabagat, 51, of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental was killed in a road crash in Sitio Bagroy, Barangay Delicioso, Ilog, Negros Occidental, a police report showed.
Jabagat – resident of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental – was brought to the Lorenzo Zayco District Hospital where the attending physician declared him “dead-on-arrival,” it added.
Police said Zayco’s tricycle accidentally hit a stock pile and fell off the canal along the national highway in Sitio Bagroy.
The body of the victim was brought to a mortuary in Kabankalan City./PN
