CAPIZ – The No. 1 most wanted person in Cuartero town was arrested in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod.
Authorities served an arrest warrant against Policarpio Batolenio, Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Barangay Malagab-i, Cuartero.
Botolenio has been charged with rape by sexual assault.
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Lorencito Belo Diaz of the Regional Trial Court Branch 17 on Feb. 6, 2023.
The suspect is being held at the Cuartero Municipal Police Station./PN
