SAN JOSE, Antique – Two brothers hacked each other in Barangay Magsaysay, Culasi, Antique.
The 49-year-old resident Alex Ayon died due to a hack wound on the head while his 36-year-old younger brother Robert sustained injuries on the right arm and legs, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Alex and Robert had a heated argument in the evening of July 29.
This resulted to the both of them hacking each other.
Alex and Robert were rushed to the Culasi District Hospital where the attending physician declared the former “dead on arrival.”
Robert was later transferred to the Angel Salazar Memorial General Hospital in this capital town.
He is under hospital arrest as of this writing./PN
