KALIBO, Aklan – Councilmen of Barangay Poblacion here apprehended a man for violating the curfew ordinance on Dec. 5 around 9:05 p.m.
Martin Al Mario was driving a motorcycle. The councilmen stopped him after a brief chase.
The suspect was brought to the Kalibo police station.
