BACOLOD City – Two men were found dead on Friday in Purok Talutog, Barangay Dulao, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
City police said the bodies were hogtied, necks strangled with a level hose, and mouths covered with packing tape.
A resident made the grim discovery around 9:10 a.m.
According to the initial investigation of the Scene of the Crime Operatives, the bodies showed no gunshot or stab wounds.
Their identities were yet to be ascertained as of press time.
