CAPIZ – A dead 35-year-old man was fished out of a river in Barangay Aranguel, President Roxas town around 8 a.m. on Nov. 2.
Richard Apawan Eslana of Barangay Ibaca, President Roxas was believed to have drowned.
From what the President Roxas police station so far gathered, Eslana was drunk on Monday night and slept in the boat he was supposed to use to cross the river.
Eslana may have fallen off the boat while dozing off, police said./PN
