ILOILO City – In a beach in Batad, Iloilo, a 57-year-old man was believed to have drowned.
Police identified him as Pedie Labang of the town’s Barangay Batad Viejo.
Labang was found lifeless floating off the sea around 2:30 p.m. yesterday, police said.
He was brought to the Jesus M. Colmenares Memorial District Hospital in Balasan, Iloilo where the attending physician officially declared him dead./PN
