ILOILO – The decomposing body of a man was found floating in a river in Barangay Tabugon, Dingle town.
The body of Jay Masacayan, 32, and a resident of Barangay Lip-ac, San Enrique town, was found by a fisherman on Saturday morning, July 13.
According to the Dingle Municipal Police Station, Masacayan crossed the Jalaur River in Barangay Poblacion Ilawod, San Enrique to go to his farm to harvest eggplants when he was swept away by the strong water current./PN
