ILOILO City – A decomposing body of a farmer was found in a rice field in Barangay Poong, Lambunao, Iloilo.
The body of resident Alejandro Caballero, 48, was discovered by his grandson Ernesto Lebuna around 7 a.m. on May 17.
The victim was last seen on May 15, police said. He was reportedly drunk that time.
Investigators have yet to rule out foul play in this case./PN
