ILOILO City – Already in the state of decomposition, a body of man was found in Barangay Pala-Pala, City Proper early morning yesterday.
He was identified as Ramon Causing, a police report showed.
Responding police officers did not find any wounds on Causing’s body suggestive of murder.
Village councilman Dante Mangalisan said the victim was suffering from an illness.
Officers of the Iloilo City Police Office ruled out foul play in the incident./PN
