ILOILO City – Already in the state of decomposition, a body was found in Barangay Guihaman, Leganes, Iloilo.
He was 61-year-old Victor Deano of Rizal Ibarra in this city, a police report showed.
Deano’s body was found inside his rented house by Johnny Arigo around 10 a.m. on July 23, the report added.
He was believed to have died of illness, police said.
