BACOLOD City – His family believes that he killed himself due to depression, police said.
The 26-year-old Joeden Jun Federico of Barangay Rizal, Silay City, Negros Occidental was found hanging with a rope tied around his neck inside his bedroom, a police report showed.
Federico’s 22-year-old brother Rolyn discovered him around 7:40 p.m. on July 5, the report added.
Federico was rushed to the Teresita Lopez Jalandoni Provincial Hospital in Silay City where attending physician Dr. Edgardo Apuhin pronounced him “dead on arrival.”
