The base of Panay News, the No. 1 regional newspaper, is Barangay Mali-ao, Pavia, Iloilo. It transferred to a much bigger and flood-free area in Pavia from its previous plant site in Q. Abeto, Mandurriao, Iloilo City in 2011.

‘Hublas’
In 2003, Panay News gave birth to the first daily Hiligaynon newspaper in the country, Hublas Nga Kamatuoran.
By publishing in Hiligaynon, Hublas Nga Kamatuoran is able to bring information to the Ilonggos in a manner that is more understandable, contextualized and relevant.
Likewise, it is able to strengthen regional identity and preserve the beautiful Hiligaynon language.
