ACTOR Diego Loyzaga just revealed in an Instagram post on Thursday, June 8, that he is now a father. In his post, Diego shared a photo of himself embracing his newborn child.
The actor’s announcement just came weeks ahead of Father’s Day. There was no other information such as who the mother of his child is as of this writing.
Diego shared that having his firstborn was the “best birthday gift” he had so far.
The 28-year-old actor received congratulations from various friends in the industry immediately after his announcement on social media. Netizens started to speculate as well on Twitter as to who the mother might be.
“Papa diegs congrats cuz!!! I guess I’m now a grand-tito,” Gil Cuerva said.
“Love you dawgs! Daddy D,” Billy Crawford added.
“Congrats bro hello there my inaanak,” Tim Yap said.
Meanwhile, the family of Diego also sent their well-wishes to the new addition to their family. Diego’s mother, actress Teresa Loyzaga, seemed to have a nickname for her grandchild as well.
“Yahooooo!! Glam-Ma Lola in the house!!! Mwah! Love u anak @diegoloyzaga ! Love you my ‘Pochola,’” she wrote.
The last publicly known relationship of Diego was with actress Franki Russell. He confirmed with the media that they were dating each other but broke up and decided to just be friends.
He dated Barbie Imperial as well but they broke up in February 2022. (PUSH)
