ILOILO City – Enthusiasts partook in an exhilarating journey through Iloilo, all while their endurance was tested, during the Iloilo Dinagyang Marathon 2024 Heritage Run.
Hundreds of participants, from seasoned marathoners to those up for a leisurely run, across different parts of the country joined the race in varying categories on Jan. 21.
The Iloilo Dinagyang Marathon 2024 Heritage Run served as a celebration of athleticism, culture, and community.
The run started at the historic Iloilo Provincial Capitol grounds, stretching as far as Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, and ended back at the capitol.
The winners are as follows: Joebert Elmaguin (42km male), Jennifer Aimee Uy (42km female), Rogen Aguirre (25km male), Edna Magtubo (25km female), Stephin Dellariate (10km male), Genabel Rebio (10km female), Joemil Cabradilla (3km male), and Jillian Mae Despe (3km female)./PN
