The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on Tuesday, March 18, reminded employers of the June deadline for the submission for the Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW).
According to DOLE, all private establishments are mandated to submit the 2024 AERW from March 17 to June 30, 2025, in compliance with Article 125 of the Labor Code.
“Pursuant to Article 124 of the Labor Code of the Philippines, as amended by Republic Act No. 6727 or the Wage Rationalization Act, all private establishments are required to submit an annual report on the verified itemized listing of their labor component, specifying the names of their rank-and-file employees, including learners, apprentices and workers with disabilities who were hired under the terms prescribed in the employment contracts, and their corresponding salaries and wages,” read part of Labor Advisory No. 3.
Employers may register and submit their reports on the DOLE Online Compliance Portal: https://reports.dole.gov.ph, the agency said.
The contents of the report must be as of December 31, 2024, the DOLE added. (GMA Integrated News)
