ILOILO City – Charged with domestic violence, a man was arrested in Burgos Street, Dumangas, Iloilo.
Police identified him as resident Jose Dilag.
Dilag was nabbed on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8 a.m. on Wednesday, police said.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the Dumangas municipal police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004.
The court recommended a P40,000 bail bond for Dilag’s temporary liberty./PN
