BACOLOD City – Do not transact with fixers, the Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco) warned the public, particularly those applying for electricity connection.
Ceneco received reports that unauthorized persons (fixers) were offering electricity connection applicants their services to process applications and charging them between P2,500 to P10,000.
Spurn these fixers, Ceneco tells the public.
All transactions must only be done in the Ceneco office, the electric cooperative’s officer-in-charge Jose Taniongon stressed.
The minimum fee is only P1,250 using the No. 10 electrical wire, he added./PN
