THE DEPARTMENT of Science and Technology (DOST) Region VI is proud to congratulate Engr. Brian Ray D. Minerva for garnering the top 4 spot in the 2022 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination out of the 5,880 examinees.
Engr. Minerva got a 93.70% rating during the examination.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude in the BS Mechanical Engineering from Central Philippine University and a Batch 2015 RA 7687 scholar of the DOST-Science Education Institute (SEI).(NABFactuar/DOSTVI-KMU)
