DOUBLEDRAGON Corporation’s subsidiary Hotel101 Global Pte. Ltd. yesterday signed the Exclusive Master Sales Agency Agreement with H2 Christie’s International Real Estate as the sole principal sales and marketing of its first international project, Hotel101-Niseko in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan.

H2 Christie’s International Real Estate is the esteemed brokerage division specializing in lifestyle real estate. With offices located in Hokkaido, Japan, it holds a Master Licensing Agreement to expand the renowned Christie’s International Real Estate brand across key Japanese markets, including Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hakuba, Fukuoka, and Okinawa.
Hotel101-Niseko, meanwhile, is expected to generate US$128.88 million (P7.12 billion) in unit sales revenue. Its units are seen as solid investment since the unit owners are able to directly and perpetually own a real estate hard asset through the full ownership of the unit through a condominium title.
Hotel101-Niseko will be one of the largest value hotels in Niseko encompassing 482 signature HappyRooms offering comfort, convenience and accessibility to all types of travelers. The hotel is expected to be patronized by local domestic travelers and foreign tourists.
The extension of the Shinkansen bullet train to Niseko and Sapporo will further improve access to the region which is also reported to be in the running to host the 2030 Winter Olympics.
Niseko is famous worldwide for its powder snow. Kutchan Town, where the property is located, is one of the foremost areas of heavy snowfall reaching 13 meters on average with some of the best quality snow in the world. Because of its northern location, Niseko is internationally renowned for consistently delivering good falls of light powder snow and a long ski season that stretches from November until May./PN
