ILOILO City – A drinking spree turned fatal to an employee in Barangay Malayuan, Ajuy, Iloilo.
The 39-year-old Ordesi Good of Cebu City died of stab wounds on the body, a police report showed.
Police identified the suspect as Jerwinsir Liosa of Angeles, Pampanga.
According to police investigators, Good and Liosa – both employees of Pryce Gas company in Ajuy – were having a drinking spree when a heated argument ensued between them.
This prompted Liosa to stab Good around 5 p.m. on July 22, police said.
The motive in the incident was not immediately established.
Meanwhile, officers of the municipal police station have yet to arrest Liosa, who fled after the incident./PN
