ILOILO City – The motorcycle he was driving fell off the road in Barangay Gines, Zarraga, Iloilo.
Richard Balbon, a resident of the village, died after sustaining head and body injuries, a police report showed.
The crash happened at around 6:20 a.m. on Dec. 26.
According to the police, Balbon lost control of the motorcycle.
He was brought to the Don Jose Sustiguer Monfort Memorial Hospital in Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo where the attending physician pronounced him “dead on arrival.”/PN
