BACOLOD City – Police arrested a woman in drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.
Chief Inspector Antonio Benites Jr., Himamaylan City police head, identified the woman as the 38-year-old resident Ma. Christina “Lotlot” Luntayao.
Luntayao was caught after she sold shabu to an undercover officer for P500 around 8:15 p.m. on Saturday, a police report showed.
Recovered from Luntayao’s possession were two more sachets of shabu and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Lunatayao was detained at the Himamaylan City police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Joint elements of the Himamaylan City police station, the Regional Intelligence Unit 6 and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Region 6 staged the operation./PN
