BACOLOD City – Elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the San Carlos City police station caught a woman in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay 6, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
The woman was identified as the 43-year-old Hazel Seria of Barangay 1, San Carlos City, a PDEA spot report showed.
Recovered from Seria’s possession were five sachets of shabu valued at P7,000 and drug paraphernalia, the report further stated.
Seria was arrested on Nov. 30.
She was detained at the San Carlos City police station custodial facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
